Privacy policy

How the Vitraux Imbert workshop collects and uses the information you give us, and what your rights are.

Data controller

For any question about your data: contact@vitraux-imbert.com or +33 4 91 62 02 80.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us:

  • through the contact form: last name, first name, email address, phone number, type of project and the content of your message;
  • by email or phone, when you contact us directly.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to handle your request.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used to answer your request, study your project, prepare a quote and follow up on our exchanges. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Your data is not used for any other purpose and is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties.

Who has access

Only the people at the Vitraux Imbert workshop who handle your request have access to it. Messages sent through the form are stored on the servers of our host, Hostinger International Ltd, which acts as a technical processor.

How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept for a maximum of three years after our last exchange, then deleted. If your request leads to an order, commercial and accounting documents are kept for the periods required by law.
