The workshop
Forty years in the service of light
Founded in 1981 by master glassmaker Dominique Imbert, the Vitraux Imbert workshop is based in the heart of Marseille, in the Chutes-Lavie district. Now run by his son Oleg, it brings together a team of qualified stained glass artists and works for private clients, local authorities, dioceses, heritage architects and businesses.
From the very start, we work as a design office: site survey, scale model, 3D rendering, samples and test panel. We then manage the project from start to finish, coordinating with every trade involved.

Landmark project
Notre-Dame
de Paris
Since 2022, under the public body responsible for the conservation and restoration of the cathedral, the workshop has been taking part in the exceptional Notre-Dame de Paris project: cleaning and restoring the Viollet-le-Duc windows, creating diamond-pane glazing for the western massif, and working on the nave and chapels.
Two public contracts won through competitive tenders, and the pride of the whole team.
